Monkey App support
Who to write to, what to include, and what happens next.
What support can help with
- Signing in, or an account you cannot get into.
- A charge that looks wrong, or coins that did not arrive.
- Reporting behaviour from a call, or following up on a report you made.
- An account removal you believe was a mistake.
- Asking for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion.
- Camera, microphone or connection problems that the checks on the homepage did not solve.
How to reach us
Email [email protected]. Write from the address on the account if you can — it is the fastest way to show the account is yours.
What to include
A message that can be looked up gets answered faster than one that cannot. Where it applies, say:
- the account it is about — the sign-in identifier, not your password;
- when it happened, a date is enough;
- for a charge: the amount and the date;
- for a call: roughly when it was and what happened;
- what you have already tried.
Never send a password. Support will not ask for one, and neither will anyone else who is genuine.
What happens next
Messages are read by people. Anything involving safety is looked at first. No response time is promised here, because a promise that is not always kept is worth less than none — but a message that is specific gets a specific answer.
Before you write
A lot of questions are already answered on the homepage — how a call starts, what an account needs, how billing works — in the questions and answers section. If you are here about a ban on the original Monkey app, start with this page instead: it explains what that is and the one route the platform documents.
